As AXA continues its journey to enable first-class software engineering and operations, we’re looking for a T-shaped cross functional RPA/power automate engineer who is communicative, adaptive, independent and obsessive about solving problems.
You will have the opportunity to join a community (aka Open Engineering team) that is leading the DevOps transformation, leveraging cutting-edge tools, practices, technologies to deliver faster, cheaper, stable and secured cloud-based business applications with superior customer experiences and high quality standard.
You will mainly work with partner developers, business stakeholders and business analysts to create and optimize workflow processes and accelerate automation.
You’ll be responsible for end to end implementation of automation solutions from requirements analysis and process documentation to developing, testing, and releasing solutions.

Job qualification
|
▽Skills:
・Experience in UiPath/PowerPlatform(PowerAutomate, PowerApps)/REFramework is mandatory.
・Good understanding of programming languages like VB.NET and C#.
・Good understanding of workflow-based logic and experience with Unit Testing.
・Good understanding of Web APIs.
・Good understanding of Agile methodology, including Scrum/Kanban.
・Good understanding of Git and ability to work collaboratively with other developers.
・Ability to introduce/define RPA-related best practices.
・Ability to introduce new relevant libraries/frameworks as needed.
・Ability to define technical specification documents for RPA Projects.
・Ability to present technical details to non-technical audiences.
・Ability to take initiative without always being directed.
・Ability to take architectural decisions and design scalable systems.
・Ability to take ownership and proactively implement improvements to the existing applications.
・Ability to lead discussions around UiPath and PowerApps.
・Ability to coach/mentor other RPA engineers (UiPath/PowerApps).
▽Qualifications
・3+ years of experience in developing RPA solutions.
・Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience.
・Must have Japanese language proficiency level N2 or above.
・Nice to have business-level English language ability - TOEIC 700 up or equivalent.
・Has a desire to identify new development opportunities and promote best practices across the community.
・Preferable experience in life insurance domain.

スキル:
・RPAツールとUiPath、PowerAutomate等、コグニティブプラットフォームの実務経験があること
・UiPath/PowerAutomateの経験必須
・Robotic Enterprise Framework (REFramework)の使用経験があること
・PowerAutomate、PowerApps等を含む、Microsoft Power platformの経験があること
・C#、VB.NET等、プログラミング言語に関する理解があること
・RPAプロジェクトについて、技術仕様書を作成することができる
・API開発とコンサンプションに関する基本的な理解があること
・スクラム、カンバンを含む、アジャイル方法論について十分に理解していること
・Gitについて十分に理解していること
・ワークフローベースロジックに関する理解があること
・技術の専門家ではない相手に技術的な詳細をプレゼンテーションできる
・常に指示待ちをするのではなく、率先して動くことができる
・ペースの早い環境において複数の仕事を同時にこなし、最重要タスクとプロジェクトを優先して取り組むことができる
資格
・認定されたカレッジ／大学ののコンピューターサイエンス、あるいは関連分野の学士号、もしくは同等の実務経験
・日本語能力試験におけるN2以上のスキル必須
・英語能力試験における700点以上のスキル (nice-to-have)
・7年以上のRPAソルーション開発経験
・生命保険分野の経験が望ましい
・新たな開発機会を特定し、コミュニティ全体でベストプラクティスを促進する意欲があること
